Yes.
Beginners of all ages—children, teens, and adults—are welcome. Instruction emphasizes posture, setup, sound, and healthy practice habits from the start.

Suzuki principles are used here to build—or rebuild—fundamental skills at any age. The approach supports coordination, listening, and technical development rather than rushing repertoire. 

Lessons are held in person. Online lessons are offered only in cases of illness or inclement weather. 

All new students begin with a 60-minute Introductory Lesson. This session is an assessment designed to determine whether Frederick Talent Education is the right fit for the student and family.

For families with young beginners, enrollment includes a required Parent Orientation to establish a shared understanding of expectations and roles.

If the student and family are a good fit, you’ll be invited to enroll and secure a weekly lesson time. If not, that will be communicated clearly and respectfully.
